Effects of reducing class size
Nowadays, gradually class size has been reduced. It is trend in education system today. When it was 1980s, there were about 50 students in one class in Korea. Therefore, teacher couldn’t concentrate to each student and students couldn’t participate many times in their class. However, there are many effects in small size class. First, if there are a few students in a class, teacher can be concerned about each student. Teacher is one person and students are numbers, so if there are many students in class, what teacher is concerned about each student will be too hard; for, teacher has not enough time that they can concentrate on many students. Second, if there are a few students in a class, teacher and students can conversation education, not the cramming education because they can participate in a class easily. Students in a small size can express their thought easily and use equipment for class easily more than students in big size class; as a result, there are many effects of reducing class size.

what teacher is concerned about each student will be too hard; for, teacher has not enough time that they can concentrate on many students.

You have some good supporting ideas. I hope you can use some specific examples in your essay and think about whether you want to focus on the situtation in Korea or smaller classes in general.
